We place a strong emphasis on welcoming residents with disabilities, though our residents form a true mosaic of life, from all cultures and walks of life. We are a family; one Review Review Granada House that exists to help residents realize for themselves the potential within themselves and their lives after addiction. To start the referral process, Case Managers will need to send our team a completed Review Granada House Referral Form, Bio Psych Social, and Medication List. There is a moment when a person decides that they, too, are ready to live a truly productive life.
